Tall and athletic actress Catherine Bell was born in London, England, but relocated to Los Angeles with her mother as a kid. While pursuing a pre-med degree in the college system, she opted to pursue a modeling career in Japan. She returned in L.A. after doing a couple of commercials, and appearances as a guest on TV programs and film projects of a lesser degree. In 1992 she was Isabella Rosellini's naked body double in Death Becomes Her that led her to marry her husband Adam Deason on the set. The spark for her interest came from a small guest-appearance on the NBC drama JAG. JAG was recast on CBS during the season of 1996 and she appeared as Sarah Mac Mackenzie.
